1 tbs Cacao Liquid Love Blend

1 tbs Golden Chocolate Chai Blend

Handful of fresh or frozen morello cherries (vitamin c)

1 tbs Hulled Hemp Seeds (optional but great source of extra protein and healthy essential fatty acids)

6ooml of plant milk (we use Rebels Kitchen Mylk)

half of whole banana

3 dates or liquid sweetener to taste

2 or 3 drops of almond extract

pinch of salt

Add all the ingredients above to a blender & whizz til smooth, tweaking it for sweetness to your preferred taste.
