Home-made Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free Vegan Chocolate Pistachio Fudge
Takes less than 20 minutes
✨1/2 cup tahini
✨1/2 cup smooth almond butter
✨1/3 cup maple syrup
✨1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
✨1/4 cup Cacao Liquid Love Blend (or you can sub with cacao powder)
✨1/2 cup shelled pistachios
✨1/2 cup broken walnuts
✨Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
✨1 tsp pure vanilla extract or powder
Mix everything together in a bowl and stir really well. Pour into a tin or dish lined with baking paper, top with shelled hemp seeds for a tasty extra omega 3 boost and put in the freezer for 2hrs. Store in the fridge or freezer and try not to eat it all at once!
